Three exciting new tenants secured for Princes Square in Glasgow

Three brands will be breathing new life in to Princes Square, following its purchase by M Core in February of this year.

Maison by Glaschu, a French/Scottish themed restaurant will take over the restaurant unit on second floor. This is a sister restaurant to Glaschu and The Duke’s Umbrella from the Glasgow based Superlative Dining Collection. Maison by Glaschu will be a restaurant and champagne bar and will include a 120 cover bar area, 85 cover restaurant and 45 cover terrace, serving lunch and dinner 7 days a week. Dishes not to be missed include fresh Scottish lobster, French onion soup and confit duck leg lasagne.

After occupying units on Buchanan Street for a number of years, AllSaints will be relocating to Princes Square taking a 1,500 sq ft unit on the first floor. Originally opening in Glasgow in 2007 the brand has garnered a loyal following for their unique styles.

Another relocation will be for Bloom Lifestyle Salon, currently in the GPO building on Hanover Street, who announced their collaboration with celebrity hairstylist Andrew Barton last year.

M Core is a collective of property investment and management companies comprising LCP, Sheet Anchor, Evolve Estates and Proudreed. LCP has been appointed to manage Princes Square.

Roddy Proudfoot, Director - Head of Scotland for LCP, said:  “We are thrilled to have secured three new tenants for Princes Square. Since completing our purchase in February, we have been working with AllSaints, Bloom Salon, and Maison by Glaschu to bring them to Princes Square and it’s great that they are all opening this Spring. It is very exciting to have a high-quality salon back in the Square; AllSaints is a great complement to our existing fashion brands and Maison by Glaschu is an exciting addition to our restaurant collection. "

Culverwell are delighted to have been appointed as joint leasing advisors on Princes Square and look forward to sharing details of exciting future lettings.
